Blackjack is an easy and fun game!
Blackjack is one of my favourite casino games. The rules are really very simple to understand. I am not going to tell you about the rules. I am going to tell you how to win Blackjack! I have seen so many people lose money on Blackjack, but I always walk away with much more than I started with. I hear many people say that you cannot win the bank. How then do I win the bank? My secrets are revealed right here.
The rules that apply to the bank or dealer are the rules that I apply when I play with ONE exception. I win much more that I lose!
If you have played Blackjack with your friends around a table at home for leisure, and you have been the bank/dealer, the rules are easy to understand. All you have to do is draw up to 16 and stand on 17. There are no exceptions as the dealer. The more people around the table, the more complications there will be, but the dealer has 1 set of rules.
You can very easily translate these rules online by applying the dealer rules to yourself. Draw a card up to 16 and stand on 17 and higher. The only time to reconsider the rule is when the dealer has a 3, 4, 5 and 6. Why? Well, when the dealer has any of these cards, the odds are that he/she must draw at least 3 cards. So the chances that the dealer will bust, is greater. It sounds stupid, but it is the quickest way for you to win the bank. So, if you're playing and have 13, 14, 15 or 16, you cannot bust so easily, but the dealer can! Many people do not have that discipline and the daring to draw one more card. Chances of you busting is more and than you losing against the dealer. Yes, there are instances where the dealer wins on 3 cards, but the odds are more of busting than to draw or win. In any other situation, you should apply the dealer rules to your style of play. Whenever I do this, I never lose. This is my ONLY EXCEPTION!
If and when you play with more people around a table, the game changes and you no longer play for yourself. Remember to keep in mind that, in this situation, it is the 'table' against the 'dealer'! Don't be selfish in your decision making process. If you're playing as a Team, always remember that what you choose to do, affects the table. I have played Blackjack with 5 others and we all walked away winners and literally broke the dealer�s back! Three times over in one night! How can you do that? By simply sticking to the rules and playing as a team! You will be surprised how much more money you can win this way. If I am playing at a table with other players, and I notice that they are just playing for themselves, I excuse myself very quickly; and so should you if you encounter a similar situation.
It is true that Single Player Blackjack can get a bit boring. The real fun is in Multi-hand Blackjack. Consider playing a multi-hand game with 2 or 3 boxes. That's when it becomes more interesting.
