The parent company is Party Gaming, who also owns and operates PartyPoker, the internet Poker giant, PartyCasino, PartyBingo, and PartyGammon. Party Gaming was founded in 1997 and the management team clearly knows what it is doing, which is why PartyGaming and its gambling suite of products has withstood the PayPal pull out, the UIGEA, and several lawsuits.

The PartyBets website is concise and easy to understand. It offers everything that will keep the average sports bettor happy. You can also read the company's Terms and Conditions right on the site, which is different from most other gambling sites that only make this available during the registration process. The site is supported in several different languages including English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. The left hand navigation provides instant access to odds on a wide selection of sports and tabs offer access to live betting opportunities, results and stats. There is a "Bet search" feature right on the home page that allows bettors to find odds for the sporting event of their choice.
The focus on the home page is definitely about efficiently getting you to the next in running market. The site offers action on practically every sporting event under the sun as well as Specials such as Financials and Lotteries. Odds can be displayed in either a decimal format, fractional format, or the well-known American format or Money Line. Football is a major driver and a big money earner for PartyBets and the odds are usually very competitive. However, the horseracing offers are pretty limited so regular horse bettors won't find much satisfaction playing here.

As expected with such a huge operation, Customer Service is available 24/7. The Contact page provides 3 different email addresses where you can submit your queries. You can expect to receive a response in your preferred language, bearing in mind that the supported languages are English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. If you want to speak with a representative directly, telephone support is also available and you can receive 34 different toll free numbers from 34 different countries. Telephone support is only available in English, however, so this puts a bit of a language barrier for non-English speaking Players.
